At Work Authority, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. If your safety footwear or workwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, we are committed to making it right with a seamless exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
